How to Order :
1. Online Orders: Ordering from us is easy and secure.
•Browse our catalog of items and select the product details option for the item you are interested in. • Click on Add to Cart button to include the item into your shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or checkout. • At the checkout page, please enter your particulars and delivery preference(pls enter code 00 for state) • Click on the OK button at the bottom of the page once you are done. • Upon receipt of your order, we'll respond to you via email / or sms with the stock availability and confirmation of the total purchase amount, delivery address and mode of payment within 24 hours(working days). • Kindly do not send duplicate order, orders made cannot be cancelled.
2. By Email : You can also email your orders to us at info@babydreambarn.com stating the product code, quantities and special request such as names to be embroidered. You will receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that orders made cannot be cancelled.
3. By Phone : If you need an item urgently, you can also call us at (65)91994904 or (65) 98487795, we will try to process your orders asap.
Please allow for 2 week(with no personalisation) to 3 weeks (with personalisation) for orders processing. |

Payment Mode:
1. Preferred Method : Funds transfer to our POSB Savings A/C no : 189-50521-3. Funds transfer can be done by either of the following methods:- • DBS Internet Banking; • Cash deposit at the Cash Deposit Machines; or • Funds transfer via ATM machines
Please send us a confirmation email to info@babydreambarn or sms to (65) 91994904 or (65) 98487795 once you have completed the funds transfer, indicating your name, product code and quantity of order.
2. Crossed Cheque Once orders are confirmed please mail cheque to Yeo Hwee Khim, Blk 52, Bukit Batok Street 31, The Madeira, #04-12. S659443. Orders will be processed once payment is cleared. Pls send the detail on the cross cheque via email or sms.
3. Cash on delivery. For personal collection and hand delivery, cash on delivery is applicable.
4. By PayPal (available for international orders, pls enquire at info@babydreambarn.com)

Delivery Charges & Shipping Policy:
Delivery within Singapore :
1. By Post : S$4.50
2. Hand delivery : $ 6.00
3. Meet-up is available at the following designated places:-
Plaza Singapura, West Mall, Bukit Gombak MRT, Jurong East MRT, Chua Chu Kang MRT, Tanglin Mall. Arrangement for the venue and timing shall be confirmed again upon confirmation of order. Strictly cash on delivery only.

International Shipping :
We are a Singapore based business, for international orders, customer has to pay the Fed-ex charges. Pls email info@babydreambarn.com to enquire. |

Return Policy
1. We do not accept returns for personalised items. We accept exchanges for non-customisable(i.e. without personalised name embroidery)items in their original packaging within 7 days from date of receipt. Please indicate the reason for the return. However, items on SALE are FINAL.
2.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3.Exchanges have to be made in person at Blk 52, Bukit Batok Street 31, #04-12, The Madeira, S659443.
4. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
